I. Management via the Invisible Road Separating management into the visible road and invisible road is proposed. We have become accustomed to sorting phenomena, using structures of dualism opposite polarity: material vs spiritual, artificial vs. natural, and so on. Furthermore trusting the accuracy of empirical results obtained in concrete numbers, we tend to place importance on objective methods. We believe that it is possible for us to measure justice by quantity. We tend to choose this visible road in management. In this paper, therefore, by veering away from this visible road as proposed by Western management studies, venturing into the Asian realm of the invisible road of management. II.
