This short paper deals with a specific type of modal interpretation of quantum mechanics in a topos-theoretic framework. That is, a modal fomulism with a preferred determinate observable is reformulated in a topos, M-Set, associated with a monoid of linear operators commutative with the determinate observable, and truth-value valuation-functions defined on all quantum propositions are obtained. It is shown, further, that the valuation functions are logically equivalent to those which are given by a functor category akin to the one treated by the author's previous paper.
