It is well-known that for many classes of ordinal numbers the first element of the class can not be an ℵ_0-complete cardinal number. For example, the first strongly inaccessible cardinal, the first hyper-inaceessible cardinal and so on satisfy this condition. But it is still not known that exactly for what kind of classes does this hold. In this paper, we shall state rather general treatments of this problem. Throughout this paper, we assume that there exists an ℵ_0-complete cardinal number.
