In the creative activity during dance class, it seeme that the most difficult process is to choose an appropriate movement to create the image as dance movement. This study attempted to draw certain trends and problems of dance movement for the study of teaching methods by following up students' creative process during dance class and analyzing their works recorded in VTR. The class consisted of forty groups in which each group had four to six juniors and they created a group dance themed as body languages Trends and problems of the result were as follows: 1. As a problem before creating dance movement, students lacked movement image such as theme consideration and rhythm dynamics which are prerequisites for movement creation for image. 2. Consideration of Dance Skills 1) There were many repetitions of single movement without combination. 2) Movement form changed only in front of the body and bilateral inclination was observed. 3) Movement forms literary became gestures. 4) Organization was explanatorily carried out. 5) Dispersed mind performance and little awareness of the body weakened communication. Creating diverse movement for image is related to individualization of dance movement. Based on the result above, it would be important to think out and improve the teaching method and to inquire the nature of dance education without neglecting the origin of the body from the mind.
