Although there is various dance, when it focus on art dance performed on the stage, there is the practice process performed every day. It is necessary to control the body freely and to perform demanded operation beautifully correctly. The severe lesson performed by applying for years that the motion should especially be mastered in classic ballet is required. Strict and continuous practice is performed through the bar lesson which uses a rung, and the center lesson performed by floor. This research tries grasp of the lesson characteristic through sign analysis, position move analysis and floor-reaction-force analysis. Consequently, as for the bar lesson, practice of a motion is performed in the regular position to the center lesson which practices a motion with position movement. And at bar lesson, it turned out that by using bar, center-of-gravity agitation is suppressed and the form which should be mastered is trained efficiently.
