• This essay consists of (II)・(III) following (I). As what I feel in 'now, here', "The wish of the parent" of the handicapped child in the starting point, I discuss it about education of physically and mentally handicapped children including the autism widely, while questioning sense of values over the development from a viewpoint of "the development theory concerned" in "situation (a person living together) of the dweller". (I) from 3 sections. The wish of the parent", "A question of development" (Individual meritocracy criticism), "Not the development easy and flowing style" (Doubt to the development security idea). I pose doubt in concept itself called the development.
