It is important for teachers to have one's own view of teaching profession when teaching in practice. Without having a view of teaching profession, teachers are not able to effectively deal with various challenges nor teach with any conviction. In order to establish a view of teaching profession, I believe it should be based on the low of education. Firstly, this thesis discusses how educational ideology within the basic law of education relates to the concept of teaching. Secondly, I examine how the perception of students, as defined by the law of school education, affects one's of teaching. Training of teachers regulated by the law of school education, I discuss how teachers' attitudes influence their views of teaching profession. Because one's view of teaching profession differs from person to person, I expected that teachers at school would be able to discuss and understand their own views. Since there are many and complex challenges that arise during the course of education, and because teachers are very busy, it is difficult to establish their views of teaching profession while dealing with problems at hand. However, since education is about the finding and realising of dreams, I believe that an ideal vision of teaching is necessary to teach effectively.
