中教審答申に見る教員養成改革 : 今日の教員養成における教育思想

In July 2007 the Reform of Teacher Training and Teacher Education was reported by the Central Council for Education that is requests from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Then I attempted to clarify the Report from Educational Thought of view in this paper. First I considered particularly about enhancement of quality levels in the teacher training on an outline of the Report. Especially, I considered "kyoushokujissennennshuu" (a tentative name) as a new subject. At the same time I indicated a concrete strategy to the Reform Plan in the Report. Secondly, I looked at Educational Thought as a Background from the Report by the Central Council for Education. The Keyword is "reflection", "reflection-in-action". The word is derived from The Reflective Practitioner (1983) by Donald A. Schon. And it is also in relation to "Reflective Thinking" by J. Dewy. Lastly, I concluded a survey and problem of the Study that examine the Educational Thought as a Background from the Report.
