Today the education for training care workers is mainly cramming knowledge, so it becomes the problem that students thinking ability, judgment, and creativity fall down. Therefore one piece of portfolio was introduced in order to measure the students progress in school hours. Consequently making one piece of portfolio is effective to look back on the class. Moreover looking back on the class is useful for promoting the understanding of class contents. From these firstly making one piece of portfolio is effective for looking back on the class and promoting the transformation of themselves. Secondly looking back on the class makes promoting the understanding of the class contents. In conclusion using one piece of portfolio in the subject of the lecture on care is useful for understanding the progress of the students learning, the ability of looking back and the transformation of themselves on their study process, and its result also promotes the understanding of the class.
