This paper is the development and application of the corporate culture and theory of organizational citizenship, as proposed by Victoria Miroshnik in the Maastricht Conference of the International Business Development that multinational companies rather than accepting the organizational culture of the host country tries to transmit their own organizational culture to promote own brand of culture. Toyota's organizational culture gave rise to its own corporate governance system and operations management system. This paper investigates whether Toyota has successfully managed to transmit its corPorate governance system and operations management system to its subsidiary in India. In this paper almost a hundred employees of Toyota, both in Japan and India were asked to submit their opinions and using Factor analysis we have identified certain specific characteristics of corporate goverhance system and operations management system in Toyota, Japan. We have then compared the correlation matrix of these characteristics with the corresponding correlation matrix of Toyota,India to verify the formation of organizational citizenship in Toyota.
