• In this paper the remaining sections of Appendix B and Appendix C are described. It is shown in Appendix B. II. that as a result of examining Stuvel's attempt (i), of his 29 conclusions, there are 9 incorrect ones, (ii) these mistakes are based on his inappropriate approach, (iii) he overlooks to consider the stability of total economic system before devaluation, and (iv) the merits of his attempt are in taking labor market and imported raw meterials into consideration. Furthermore, Harberger's criticisms for Stuvel are summarised. In Appendix C the various theories of exchange stability are reviewed briefly.
