• This paper describes the Kawatestu Chiba Clean Power Station Project (KCCP), one out of four projects awarded by Tokyo Electric Power in the 1997 IPP bidding round. The paper describes the project and, referring to the KA26-1 SSPT reference plant as basis, the applied technical concepts and equipment and the plant operation and control.
