More than hundred cases (actual and measured) of combined gas turbine-steam cycle for power generation (82 cases of waste heat recovery systems and 21 cases of exhaust fired systems) were studied to determine a simple mathematical model which can be used to represent the combined gas turbine-steam cycle performance with high accuracy. The least square technique with linear and logaritmic correlations were used. Comparing the predicted results obtained from the model with the actual results showed a very good agreement.
