• The salient design features and thermal performance data of the third-generation series of Siemens gas turbines, starting with the 60MW-class Model V64.3, are presented. The overall thermodynamic performance and recommended lay-out of unfired combinedcycle blocks of the GUD[○!R] type employing the new gas turbines are discussed.
