A time accurate numerical method is presented for solving time dependent transonic flows by using semi-implicit Runge-Kutta method. In this method unsteady Euler equations are integrated implicitly with the third order of time accuracy. Furthermore, in order to generate nonoscillatory but sharp approximation to shocks the second order accuracy TVD scheme by Chakravarthy is employed for spatial discretization. As numerical examples two-dimensional steady and unsteady transonic flows through double circular arc blades are calculated.
