ハムスターの後肢における原発性皮下平滑筋肉腫(病理学)

• 我々は,骨髄,肺と横隔膜に転移したハムスターの後肢原発性皮下平滑筋肉腫の初の症例を報告する.10ケ月齢雌シリアンゴールデンハムスターの右の後肢に大型の硬い白色皮下腫瘤が認められた.腫瘍は骨髄に浸潤しており,同様な小結節は肺と横隔膜において見られたが,内臓の器官には見られなかった.組織学的に,腫瘍は,中度の好酸性細胞質と円形から卵円形の核を有し,充実性に増殖している多形性の紡錘形細胞から構成される紡錘形細胞肉腫であった.免疫組織学的に,腫瘍細胞は,ビメンチン,デスミンと平滑筋アクチン(SMA)に陽性であったが,α-筋板アクチンとS-100には陰性であった.以上の結果から,本症例を骨髄,肺と横隔膜への転移を伴う後肢の原発性平滑肉腫と診断した.我々が知る限り,これは実験動物における遠隔転移を伴う後肢の自然発生性原発性平滑筋肉腫についての初めての報告である.
