We study thermal and curvature effects to spontaneous symmetry breaking in a four-fermion interaction model. Dynamical mass, energy density and cosmological constant are evaluated in D-dimensional static universe with positive curvature R⨂S^<D-1>. By solving Einstein equation numerically, the relationship between the temperature and the scale factor of the spacetime is obtained as the solution.
