• Technologies for cost reduction, stable power supply, and adaptation to changes in social environments and fundamental technologies are mainstays of R&D activities for the Tokyo Electric Power. Gas turbines being important components for the combined cycle power generation that have become a mainstream of today's thermal power generation, we hope to continue with research work on improving the efficiency and environmental characteristics of gas turbines in pursuit of the harmony between cost reduction and environment preservation.
