We discovered the fullerene nanotubes that are composed of fullerene molecules (C_<60> and C_<70>) in 2004. The fullerene nanotubes have a single crystalline tubular structure and can be synthesized at room temperature. Recently, we improved the reproducibility in the synthesis of C_<60> nanotubes in air. We are going to show the synthetic method and discuss the structural characteristics of the synthesized C_<60> nanotubes that are studied by Raman spectrometry and transmission electron microscopy.
