We investigate deformed supersymmetric Yang-Mills theories in the presence of suitably scaled Ramond-Ramond (R-R) background. In the case of constant self-dual R-R 5-form background in type IIB superstring theory, we find that the N=2 deformed supersymmetric gauge theory defined on D3-brane world-volume is in agreement with the one defined in non-singletly deformed N=2 harmonic superspace up to second order in deformation parameter. We also study about N=4 deformed supersymmetric gauge theory and find that it is compatible with the deformed N=4 supersymmetric gauge theory defined in N=1 non(anti)commutative superspace.
