• Right auricular curves are obtained in C_1 or C_2 and catched occasionaly in the lower auricular height by esophageal leads and left auricular curves are obtained only in esophageal lead electrocardiogram. Comparative anylysis of both auricular curves can bring clearer conclusion of abnormal auricular waves. (1) Transient Interauricular Block : Interauricular block in clinical cases was considered and concluded in only limb lead electrocardiogram except for Laufer's case obtained by special chest leads. The illustrated case showed right auricular transiently waves with sinusrhythm during auricular fibrillation in precordial and esophageal electrocardiograms. In other words, the auther obtained auricular waves of sinus origin in the right atrium and, at the same time, auricular fibrillation in the left atrium. Consequently, this case was diagnosed as transient interauricular block. (2) Auricular fibrillation and Flutter : Most auricular fibrillation curves in precordial electrocardiogram showed clearer spikes unexpectedly than those in esophageal electrocardiogram, accordingly, when the presence of auricular fibrillation is suspected precordial electrocardiogram may be utilized for its determination. The site of origin of auricular flutter was decided in one case with paroxysmal flutter by analysis of stimulus arrival time. But, in other cases with auricular fibrillation the origin was not clearly sited. As auricular fibrillation may occur even in only single atrium as the auther's case, circus movement theory is not necessarily supported. So it is concluded that auricular flutter is monotopic and auricular fibrillation is polytopic stimulated contractions. (3) Auricular Premature Contraction : Only with limb lead electrocardiogram, it was impossible to determine the site of origin of auricular premature conttraction. Author illustrated two cases, studied concerning the site of origin of auricular premature conttraction.
