In order to analyze the results of the foregoing experiment, I tried the following experiments: 1) With respect to the dosis of phosphatide mixed with oxen sera, 10mg. of phosphatide was used in one group of rabbits and 50 mg. in the other group. The changes of blood picture were more intense in the letter than in the former. 2) When the animal was sensitized and reinjected with oxen sera alone, the blood picture showed no note-worthy changes. 3) When the rabbit sensitized with oxen sera alone was reinjected with the mixture of oxen lymphnodephosphatide and oxen sera, the changes of blood picture were almost the same as described in the first report.
