實驗的心筋梗塞に於ける心電圖の初期動搖の變化と組織學的變化との比較研究(第1報)

Myocardial infarction was caused in the rabbitts and guinea pigs by injection of 1% trichlor acetic acid or ligation of a branch of coronary artery. Relationship between the change of the initial deflection of ecg and histologic findings were observed. And for purpose of detailed analysis, Φ_A (the largest vector) and θ_R (its direction) were calculated by means of the orthogonal isoscale triangle coordinate (Maekawa). This paper described about 5 cases, which Φ_A increased when animals were killed. Results were as following. 1. S-T interval deviated upwards and ecg was monophasic after the operation, in progress of the time became the S-T deviation lesser, T wave neared to the base line and then became negative. 2. Φ_A in these cases was 110-196% of its account before theoperation. Φ_A in 4 cases increased immediately after operation. 3. θ_R in 2 cases deviated to the left, in 2 cases to the right, in 1 case became in the opposite direction. 4. The apperant width of infarction was 5×5-15×20 mm and also the extension of damage was localized superficially and corresponded to the appearant extension. The compensative hypertrophy of muscles was found.
