• In the nonhypertensive aged, arteriolosclerosis was indicated in the wide range of organs. Its distribution was indicated. In essential hypertension, arteriolosclerosis increases with an elevation of systolic blood pressure and more remarkably with that of diastolic blood pressure, especially in kidney, adrenal gland and pancreas.
