(VI) Conclusion I sensitized the experiment rabbits by tuberclebacillus with the rabbit-heart-muscle-phosphatide and after 3 to 9 weeks injected the same. The observations of there are: 1. The clinical observations : No noticeable change in body-weight was recognized, slight change in blood pressure, body temperature and bloopicture were seen. In electrocardiogram, particularly after reinjection, a remarkable decline of ST_2, ST_3 and a Conspicious elevation of T_2 were recognized. 2. The patho-histological observations; At the first experiment, the heart of the experiment rabbits showed a great many rheumatoids. At the second experiment, the experiment rabbits showed the noticeable mesoarteritis and the severe basophilic cell infiltration. 3. These results proved the fact that when intensely sensitized and reinjected by tubercle bacillus with heart-nmscle-phosphatide : a) The interstital myocarditis with the Aschoffnodule-like granuloma can be occurred. b) The heart-muscle-phosphatide makes tubercle bacilli adhere to the myocardium. c) The mesoarteritis and intense basophilic Cell infiltration Can be occurred.
