CGH (Computer-Generated Hologram) is made for three dimensional image reconstruction of a virtual object. In the average, CGH of the fault type has the feature that three dimension image can be easily made. Error diffusion method is used to improve the reconstructed image. The selection of diffusion coefficient exerts an influence to the image quality of the reconstructs image. Therefore, many researchers study the optimization of coefficients. In this article, estimation of coefficients using statistical analysis is done. In the CGH of the fault type, using regression analysis, it's possible to relation between coefficients and object position. So, calculation time and reconstructed image quality of proposed method are better than GA (Genetic Algorithm) and SPA (Simultaneous Perturbation Algorithm). This paper presents the proposed method and the reconstructed image.
