Recently, many foreign students and researchers have hoped to use radioisotope (RI) in Japan. Some rules are particular to Japan. For example, when you use unsealed RI even in amounts of 3^H, you have to use them in an RI controlled area in principle. If you hope to use RI, you have to become a certified user. And you must take a 6 hour training course. Let me give you one such example which explains the guidelines for the handling of unsealed RI.
