We implemented two dimensional beam scanning functionality with peripheral coupling phase adjustments in a 2 dimensional array of coupled oscillators based upon the considerable insight into the dynamic operation of those arrays from continuous dynamics. This is the first implementation of 2 dimensional coupled oscillators array with coupling phase adjustments. Vertical arrangement of the array elements and other components such as coupling circuits was done in planar structure. And the compact design of the coupling structures is performed with a reflection type analogue phase shifter using a reduced size branch line hybrid coupler. Obtained total phase differences between 2 by 2 central oscillators in array are 25.4°in a horizontal, 42.5°in a vertical, and 32.0°in a diagonal direction.
