Simultaneous X-ray and TeV observations of HBLs are a powerful diagnostic tool to shed light on the physics of relativistic jetz in blazars. Recent results on distant TeV sources seem to indicate that TeV spectra are significantly harder than X-ray ones, posing the problem of which electrons are producing the two emissions. To be able to study flaring sources with simultaneous observations, however, X-ray satellites should be able to point close to the anti-solar direction, or this kind of studies would be impossible.
