From 2002, I started new session of the music therapy for client who live in [Ikiikibokujo gennkimaru]. This Asunaro-group, all member are most grave mental retardation who could not speak, read and several double disabilities. Almost session of music therapy is group training. But for [Asunaro-group], it is imposible to do group session. Therapist should choose some individuel technique for them. It is necessary use both session, group and personal. This report is some new way of music therapy for grave mental retardation.
