Application of Inner Branding Method in Business Reform

In the field of business reform, many relative methods have been already proposed and applied. However, those methods are used for only specified divisions, but do not leads to business reform of the whole company. Also there is a problem that the activity target set in the individual division is not sufficient to hold consistency of the entire company. In this paper, the Inner Branding method and its applications to solve these problems are discussed. In addition, precautions in executing the Inner Branding method in business reform are mentioned. Adding the Inner Branding method to the conventional business reforming methods can increase the brand value of company from the viewpoint of customers and make all employees of company enjoy the business reforming activity as a challenging job.
