The purpose of this study is to describe changes of the teacher-training course students' desire to become teachers at Mejiro University. At our university, the most of the teacher-training course students did not have desire to become teachers first. But some of them have desired to become teachers very hard. Desire to become teachers is very important in talents and abilities as teachers. I would like to define the reason that they have changed their desires. So I chose a case study as research method. As a result, I find out that admiration for teacher, acceptance and feeling of self-usefulness in teacher-training course and teaching practice are very important to develop desire to become teachers.
