We investigate mechanisms for development of cluster structures in light neutron-rich nuclei, and as an example, structures of Beryllium isotopes are analyzed by a microscopic α+α+n+n・・model. Low-lying states are characterized by simple configurations of valence neutrons around two α-clusters based on Molecular Orbit, and the clustering of α-α is shown to be enhanced dependent on configurations of valence neutrons. The presence of large clustering is shown in the second 0^+ state of ^<10>Be. and disappearance of N=8 maeic number is discussed in ^<12>Be.
