RPA study of collective excitations in the Bose-Fermi mixed condensate of alkali-metal gases

• アルカリ原子気体のボーズ・フェルミ混合縮退系における集団励起状態について、Random-phase approximationを用いて調べた。球対称調和振動子ポテンシャルにスピン偏極した粒子が閉じ込められた場合を考える。ボーズ粒子、フェルミ粒子が同じ粒子数の系(N_b〜N_f〜1000)と、フェルミ粒子に比べボーズ粒子が非常に多い系(N_b〜10^6,N_f〜500)の2つの異なる状況に対して、フェルミ粒子の外場による応答(強度分布や動的構造因子)を計算した。フェルミ粒子に比べボーズ粒子が非常に多い系のボーズ・フェルミ粒子間相互作用が強い状況で、非常に強度の大きい励起状態が現れた。これは、フェルミ粒子が凝縮したボーズ粒子を媒介することにより強く相関することがわかった。
