We prove that the Q^2 evolution of the chiral-odd twist-3 distributions h_L(x,Q^2) and e(x,Q^2) is described by simple GLAP equations in the large N_C QCD as in the case of the chiral-even twist-3 distribution g_2(x,Q^2). In the N_C → ∞ limit, the lowest eigenvalues of the anomalous dimension matrices for the twist-3 operators take very simple analytic forms and they govern the whole Q^2-evolution of these twist-3 distributions.
