Study of ^<16>O-^<16>O Elastic Scattering by the Resonating Group Method(Microscopic Cluster Models of Light Nuclei and Related Topics)

^<16>O-^<16>O elastic scattering data are analyzed on the basis of the resonating group method (RGM). A good fit is obtained at E_<Lab> = 350 MeV where nuclear rainbow scattering is observed. The equivalent local potential to the RGM non-local potential is also calculated and compared with phenomenological optical potentials. On the other hand, we could not obtain a satisfactory fit to the scattering data at molecular resonance energy region.
