• We have analyzed the proton elastic scattering of ^9Li and ^<11>Li using model K, which is a microscopic model based on the resonating-group formulation. It is assumed that ^<11>Li has a halo structure of two weakly bound neutrons around the ^9Li core. The results obtained for the differential scattering cross sections are quite satisfactory. This shows that model K is a useful model of great simplicity.
