This paper presents a deterministic dynamics of quantum localization, in which the hidden variables are the phase factors of matter waves, which replace the intrinsic stochastic variables of quantum state diffusion. In its semiclassical form, the stochasticity of quantum measurement comes from the chaotic Hamiltonian dynamics of the corresponding classical system.
