Human beings have not understood an energy source of the sun for a long time before development of idea of nucleus. Atom, of which Greek thought and talked, means "not to be divided". Discovery of a radioactive atom, however, does not directly lead to the idea of nucleus. An inner structure of the nucleus, especially, its neutral component has not been easily solved and caught because of its property without an electric charge and difficulty to be electrically detected. After a long pursuit of presence and inner structure of the nucleus, human beings, for the first time, have recognized an energy generation mechanism of the sun. The fact has suggested us that macro cosmos and micro world are ultimately accorded with each other. Relationship between phenomena on the earth, for example earthquake, and various kinds of energies arriving the earth from the cosmos, in detail the sun and galaxies, has not yet been unknown to human beings. Nuclear earth science, if it would be possible, should be constructed as soon as possible in near future in context of prediction of earth phenomena containing earthquake. Some experimental results on radiation measurements before and/or the earth phenomena will be described here in order to establish a methodology for the purpose of prediction of the earth phenomena through radiation as a cause or as a result.
