A lot of knowledge representation methods have been discussed. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. We introduced a unique knowledge base, "ObjectOriented-ExpertSystem (OOES)". This prototype object-oriented knowledge processing system is an expert system tool developed in introducing a specific method as the best knowledge representation technique. This method not only has the features included in an object-oriented mechanism, such as encapsulation, inheritance and message processing, but also adopts and expands some features in frame theory, and semantic network. We propose a new user-friendly tool to transform the knowledge model. By using this tool, we could also draw and edit the semantic or frame and construct the knowledge base. This tool uses the standard algorithms that have been designed in various objects for transforming the knowledges. The transformed knowledges are shown in three phases : OOES-rules, OOES-event variables and OOES-database tables. Finally the knowledge base that its knowledges are represented in hierarchy of OOES is created as well as the maximum flexibility and convenience. The tool explores how to implement a visualized knowledge acquisition and data management shell and construct an expert system efficiently.
