一般教育科目『健康スポーツ』における「ストレスマネジメント教育」の導入と学生による授業評価

A purpose of this study is to analysis about "health and sports" in Saga junior college. The normal program was taught for A group of junior college students, and stress management education was taught for B group of them. The result that students evaluated class is as follows. There was not the significant difference in class evaluation of A and B group, and the stress management education was considered same as a normal class. The self-evaluation of students showed more than 3.0 in most items with both groups. The means of class evaluation of the students who learned "health and sports" were more than 3.0 in all items. However, when it was compared with the whole department, the evaluation by the students who learned "health and sports" was significantly low about utilizing the teaching materials adequately, because the educational purpose and substance of "health and sports" is not very understood by students. In self-evaluation, students are aware that a lot of whispers and an exercise are not achieved in the class. But, for own attitude to the class, their evaluation is significantly high. It is necessary for us to educate college students so that they can be careful about health of mental and body and can exercise habitually.
