Recently, there are many problems from the user though a movement in the handicapped person's public institution is on the increase by an opportunities for the social participation having increased. So, I tried to think about the fare system which what perplexed it this time was abundant in. The object of the fare discount system had ever been expanded by a mental disorder person and so on, too, and it was examined around the iron orbit business practical use was thought to be different between the business proprietor, and examined about the application of the discount system. Which means of transportation presents a handicapped person notebook at the time of the fare payment, too, and difference is fundamentally remarkable as for taking a discount when it actually uses though it is common. Confirmation is necessary when it virtually uses because a railroad is wrong to every business proprietor even of that. Moreover, it thinks as giving and receiving in cash decreased caused by the development of STORED FARE SYSTEM and it was compared though a general passenger became convenient and returned and complicated places increased. From now on, the reconsideration of the system of the fare payment will be thought necessity because of the convenience improvement in the movement in the handicapped person as well.
