The aim of this paper was to review the literature on affecting factors for health care activity of public health nurses who support health care for local residents. Forty four literatures were estimated and analyzed. The results indicated that the health care activity of public health nurses was affected by the framework, organization, cooperation and human resource development in the workplace. Conclusively, it is suggested that coordination of these factors supports the health care activity of public health nurse, which in turn, contribute health care for local residents.
