In this paper, we considered the acquiring processes of caseworker for daily life securities who did not take professional training of social welfare from the point of view of them. As a result, three points are clear, first they acquire specialty while failing by each practice, second the acquired item of specialty is different by the years of experience, third they are affected by a supervisor. From this, we want to show necessity of the training that accords with practice and a periodical super vision to a new caseworker. We study the acquiring processes of caseworker for daily life securities and want to study relevance with a supervisor in processes in future.
