This paper describes how Mitsuo Fukuda, a primary school teacher has developed his drama education in his classroom for 33 years. First, he thought that the classroom would be a theatre where a teacher and children communicate with each other freely. Then, he began to make some improvisational drams in his home economics'classes and he also made short plays with children in his classroom. After some experiences of being rejected by children, he realized that each child, having his own individuality, was precious being. Certainly, he came to accept children one by one in his classroom through drama activities.
