The purpose of this study is to examine the support of the staffs in a day care center of which the main member is adolescents of non attendance at school. The author entered the center for about 6 months and carried out field work. It was found that the support included 6 different factors; "mental and physical assessment" "basic support style of the staffs" "support of their life" "support of personal relations" "support of learning" "support of their course". It can be concluded that the comprehensive and individual supports by the staffs lead to remarkable progress of the adolescents at the day care center.
