We investigate the microwave properties of the Bi-based oxide superconductor system with dielectric materials such as TiO_2 and forsterite. The bulk dielectric material was sandwiched with the Bi-based superconductor and the thickness ratio of dielectric to supercoducting material was changed from 0.4 to 2.0 (ratio, λ = TiO_2/superconductor). Microwaves were irradiated on the central part of the dielectric material such as TiO_2 or forsterite.
