Life needs experience organized in cooperation with the local communities is important for children. In this paper, I discuss the cooperation of Hikistu citizens' public hall (Hikistu kominkan) and Hikistu primary school from the perspective of building the relationships between local communities and school. Hikistu kominkan proposed the plant cultivation activities and the hand craft activities to Hikistu primary school. Because grand parents who study in Hikistu Kominkan did not teach these things to their children, that is parents' generations. But they realized the importance of life needs experience. The people of the circle who are studying at Hikistu kominkan supported children's experience activities. As a result, they could build good relationships between elders from Hikistu kominkan and children. Children could meet many talented and skillful elders living Hikistu area. Additionally, Children became good at writing about their daily life. This program helped the school to adjust its teaching methods and contents to the children's individual backgrounds.
