The purpose of this study is to investigate the students' sense of reliance in educational field. And in this study, relationship is designated as to have the sense of reliance toward each other. In the first study, it was caught with questionnaire method that the conduct of teachers which occurs the students' sense of reliance, and six factors is educed by principal component analysis; “consideration”, “positive characteristic”, “stability”, “acceptability”, “elasticity” and “intimacy”. These conducts are discussed from students point of view, and it was suggested that the experience occurred by these conducts is important for occurrence of the students' sense of reliance. In the second study, the way of catching the sense in students and teachers was made clear respectively. And it was suggested that students think that the acceptable experience is important, and that teachers think that the experience such as good impression, the sense of being considered and the sense of relief is important for occurrence the students' sense of reliance in educational field.
