The Geostationary Meteorological Satellite "Himawari-4" is in orbit above the equator 140 degree east longitude and observes is sent to the Visible and Infrared Spin Span Radiometer for 24 hours. The VISSR observed data by the satellite is sent to the Meteorological Satellite Center by way of the Command and Data Acquisition Station in Tokyo. At the Center, VISSR observed data is processed by the computer and distributed via GMS repeater to the receivers. The received facsimile signals consist of visible and infrared observed pictures with each characteristics indicated by 16color levels. This paper describes the methods to create 3-dimensional cloud images to emphasize its temperature and density characteristics. One of the purposes of its practical application is considered to predict weather change to affect radiowave transmission above 10GHz frequency bands.
